User Data Deletion Policy – Smart Closet – AI Outfit Planner

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of the Smart Closet – AI Outfit Planner mobile application can request the permanent deletion of their personal data. We are committed to protecting user privacy and securely removing data upon valid request.

1. Purpose of this Policy

This policy describes the steps users can take to request the deletion of their personal information collected via Facebook Login, Google Login, and Email/Password authentication systems. All personally identifiable data stored in Firebase services is permanently deleted upon request.

2. Types of Data Subject to Deletion

Upon receiving a valid request, the following collected information is covered under deletion:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Profile Picture (if available)
  • Gender (if provided)
  • Uploaded outfit or clothing images
  • Authentication tokens and device identifiers

Google AdMob may collect non-identifiable device and usage information such as IP address and advertising ID for advertising purposes. This data cannot identify the user personally.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your account and associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to techyway0@gmail.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your registered email address and the login method used (Facebook / Google / Email).
  3. Mention if you also want uploaded images and stored preferences deleted.
  4. We will verify your request and delete all data within 48 hours.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed.

4. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon confirmation, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:

  • User authentication details (Facebook / Google / Email)
  • Profile information
  • Uploaded clothing or outfit images stored in Firebase Storage
  • Personalization and saved preferences
  • Cache data, analytics records, and access tokens

Google AdMob may retain aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be tied to any individual user.
