Terms & Conditions – Smart Closet – AI Outfit Planner

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Smart Closet – AI Outfit Planner mobile application developed by Shubham. By using the Application, you agree to these terms. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind.

1. User Accounts & Login

The Application supports login through email/password and Facebook authentication.

Google/Facebook may provide basic profile details such as name and email. No sensitive data such as passwords or payment information is accessed or stored by us.

2. Content Safety Rules

Users must upload only appropriate wardrobe-related images. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Violence, hate, harassment, or abusive material
  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Copyrighted material you do not own
  • Misleading, dangerous, or fraudulent content

3. AI Disclaimer (Google Gemini API)

The Application uses AI-based services to generate outfit suggestions and organize wardrobe content. AI results may not always be accurate and are intended for assistance only.

Some information (text or images) may be processed on secure external servers. Only necessary data is transmitted, and no long-term storage is performed by the AI provider.

4. Third-Party Services Used

The Application may use the following services:

  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase Authentication
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • AdMob (advertising)
  • Facebook SDK (authentication only)
  • Google Gemini API (AI processing)

Note: AppLovin and IronSource are planned for future mediation expansion and are not active currently.

5. Refund & Subscription Policy

If the Application includes subscriptions or in-app purchases, all refunds and billing adjustments are handled directly by Google Play Store. The developer does not manually issue refunds.

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime from their Google Play account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or undesired AI-generated outfit suggestions
  • Data loss caused by device problems or uninstallation
  • Errors originating from third-party SDKs or services
  • Misuse or inappropriate use of the Application

7. Termination of Access

Access to the Application may be terminated if a user:

  • Violates content or safety rules
  • Attempts to exploit or harm the Application or its users
  • Engages in unauthorized or harmful activities

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of updated terms.
